The following is a copy of the Connecticut OE-2 License application and information booklet. PSI is the company that administers the examination for the State. Two sections in this booklet are of special interest, pages 2-3 (the application to take the exam) and page 9 (the exam reference material and exam outline) Until July 2009 the OE-2 candidate can sit for the exam with proof of 5 years operating experience in the form of a Notarized affidavit of your experience from your employer.
